Prenatal Yoga -
Pregnancy
gives us time to prepare for birth and birth gives us tools to use as
mothers. Our bones now benefit from rolling outward and our minds need
support to relinquish control, in the process of completely
surrendering the body and mind to allow birth to happen. This class
combines yoga, pain coping practices and exercises to free the body of
tension and discomfort while preparing the body and mind for birth. No
yoga experience is needed. You may come at any time in your pregnancy.
